Quality Discount Products

Quality discount products are various meat products that are offered at a minimum discount of 50% from regular pricing for one of the following reasons, Premature, late or out of season harvest, Failure to meet minimum tenderness or marbling standards or Inventory reduction due to age. Any product that has been in inventory for 50% of it's storage life will become a quality discount product. All of our products have a lot code which indicates the processing date. I.E. a lot code of 020310 means the product was processed on February 03, 2010 All quality discount products are produced from healthy animals that are certifiable organic though they may or may not be officially certified to reduce cost. Products of this type require careful preparation and cooking methods to produce satisfactory results. As a general guideline all quality discount products should be marinated for no less than 12 hours and high temperature or dry heat cooking methods should not be used.
